This weekend, Jill and I cooked our first Sunday feast: krubs. Last night, it was time for leftovers!
The meal was incredibly easy to make and only took about 20 minutes. I sliced two krubs into wedges and fried them in butter. (We never said this was a diet blog!) To finish them off, I sprinkled them with some of the leftover pork (reheated in the microwave) and drizzled them in maple syrup.
They were even tastier left over!
